Lake District Christmas Markets 2019

Dickensian Christmas Festival, Ulverston 23rd and 24th November 2019
The era of Charles Dickens is renowned with the festive period, largely down to the world-famous story “a Christmas Carol”. First published in 1843, it has gone on to symbolise a very British celebration.
Victorian Fayre, Keswick – 1st December 2019
Another of the Lake District Christmas markets to take visitors back in time takes place in Keswick. The day will consist of market stalls and live entertainment, with a nod to Victorian times around every corner.
Hawkshead Christmas Fair & Beer Festival – 8th and 7th December 2019
This annual Christmas fair has a street party feel about it, with theatre, carol singing and circus entertainment. Alongside the 50+ gift stalls will be the chance to sample a number of local ales as part of the Hawkshead Beer Festival.
Windermere – Christmas Celebration 2019
