So, if you wish to join the search for that delicious chocolate, head to Claife Heights, Coniston, Fell Foot, Hill Top, Near Sawrey or Tarn Hows.
The World of Beatrix Potter
Relive your childhood at the World of Beatrix Potter. Alternatively, if you’re looking for things to do for Easter in the Lake District with relatives, this could be for you. While hiding in your spa suite, away from all that chocolate is one idea, joining the kids and Peter Rabbit sounds just as fun!
Easter at Muncaster Castle
Another popular attraction in the Lake District always makes a special effort across the Easter Bank Holiday. While it may get busier due to the school holidays, there’s enough room in the grounds for everyone. Meaning there’s entertainment for the younger visitors, which of course includes an obligatory Easter Egg hunt.
